From Inglewood, Calif.: Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has reversed the team's initial stance on the NBA's salary cap circumvention punishment. The team will no longer fight the punishment and has accepted a $30 million fine. Ballmer has also issued an apology.
